1. Who Can Use ThinkByte

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThinkByte. If you're under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. By using our app, you're telling us you meet these requirements.

You also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple's website.

2. Using ThinkByte Responsibly

ThinkByte is designed to be helpful and safe. Please use it responsibly:

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • Don't use the app for harmful, illegal, or malicious purposes
  • Respect others' privacy and intellectual property rights
  • Don't attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
  • Keep your account secure and don't share login credentials

3. Your Privacy Matters

ThinkByte is built with privacy at its core. All AI processing happens on your device, and we don't collect or store your conversations. For complete details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You keep all rights to content you create using ThinkByte. We don't claim ownership of your conversations or data.

Our Content: ThinkByte, its design, logo, and all associated materials are owned by ByteInk L.L.C-FZ. Please don't copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property without permission.

5. AI Model & Open-Source Licensing

ThinkByte runs Google's Gemma open model entirely on your device. The model is used under its own license, and the following notice applies:

Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms.

By using ThinkByte, you agree to use the on-device model in compliance with the Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy, which restricts certain harmful and unlawful uses. These restrictions apply in addition to the responsible-use rules in Section 2 above.

6. Limitation of Liability

ThinkByte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI assistance, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or availability at all times.

ByteInk L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ThinkByte.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ThinkByte after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where ByteInk L.L.C-FZ is registered and operates.
